Everyone has a Prepaid Treasury Account with millions in it. Who knew we were all filthy rich???

Bee's Knees started this conversation

Did you know that every time a baby is born, their name is taken and turned into an all caps name trust? Example: Billy John Mahoney becomes BILLY JOHN MAHONEY. The real flesh and blood person is Billy John Mahoney. The trust is BILLY JOHN MAHONEY.

Look at your license, birth certificate (some older ones are not stated this way, but most recent ones are), passport, anything that comes you you in the mail from the government....it will have your name in all caps.                                                        The reason for this is because a trust-a prepaid treasury account is set up under that name-a dead, fictional corporate entity.

Did you know your birth certificate is currency? It is a bond. That is why many of them are printed on bond paper. I looked closely at the birth certificates of my children. The fancy blue decor around the edges says "bond." Each all caps name represents the trust, which is the estate (just as a dead person leaves behind an estate, the corporate entity is "dead.")

This prepaid treasury account is something most of us are unaware of. It contains millions of dollars, all in the names of each of us. The reason we are unaware of this is because nobody told our mothers that by signing these applications for birth certificates, they were signing over the rights to their child to the state in which he or she was born, in order to draw on our secret trust accounts.

Those trust accounts, if we do not learn how to use them, are considered abandoned, if we never claim them, and our government is kind enough to help themselves to it. All government employees are simply revenue collection agents, attempting to get a chunk of that money. If you don't believe me, look up your birth certificate on the stock market.

Never believe our government is broke. Don't take my word for it. I know it sounds nuts at first, but research it for yourself and you can arrive at your own concludions.

in response to MOROCCO...   I wish I knew the answer to your question. I know many people are working on this. I know the money is there, for anyone born in the US, but I have not yet learned how to access this. There is a process called "accepted for value" that has been used to pay debts with, but the success of this is varied. Check out YouTube for more information on this. Winston Shrout is the man to search for on YouTube--he can teach you all about Accepted for Value.

in response to limesweetie...   Bless your heart!!!! I pray you get justice! I couldn't agree more! I'm still trying to decide if I will pursue my house....as I realize it was a scam as well....but oh my goodness, they just think they can get away with everything! I am in awe of what you went through!
Not sure I have the strength right now to want to go through the whole battle, but would really be worth it if I won!

Bees,
I'm not informed of your entire situation regarding your foreclosure but I share my experience with you. Maybe it will help. After my Dad passed away Jan 2010, I was left with the burden of his house payment. He had plenty of money in the bank to cover it all, but I was unable to access until probate cleared. Crazy, but true. Being named executrix of his estate put me in charge of it all. I contacted the mortgage company and began sending monthly payments in full, on time. The mortgage holder instead of applying payments kept the funds in an unapplied funds account.. The interesting part is that no one informed me. They knew he was dead, they knew I was handling the account, I furnished them with all of my contact information and copies of all the required paperwork. One day in June I went to his house to clean as I had an interested buyer. I found a certified letter notice on the door. I could have passed out right there on the post office floor. The house was being foreclosed in a little less than 3 days! From that moment, I spent more than 30 hours collectively on the phone trying to get anyone that could explain what had happened. I finally had to call an attorney to take over for me. This is insane. The mortgage company refused to release the 7,234.88 they were not "applying". Even more sickening, they wanted an additional $4,000 to stop foreclosure and pay their attorney. In the end, my attorney was able to have the funds applied but only recover 2,000 of the fee. We learned that no PERSON ever actually signed the foreclosure order, and there was an error in receiving my payments. They said they didn 't know how to apply them.
The long and short of it is this: It was a scam. They knew the circumstances and somehow, somewhere, someone decided it would be an easy target. My attorney is still waiting for the court date and I wish it would go away! The stress and disgust I feel are saddening. It is kind of like the day you find out about Santa. You just had to know, but you realized it was much nicer when you were in the dark. I'm sharing all of this with you to say simply, the pursuit of justice is a virtuous journey, just make sure you're prepared for a long one!

in response to tangogaucho...   Thanks so much for caring enough to tell me. I found that out, but have bigger fish to fry right now. I may go for it later, though. The title insurance will have to pay me off for the full value of my old house, since I don't want it back, but DO want to be compensated for getting ripped off! I could certainly use it!

Keep us informed Most Blessed about the EFT.
Bee's i just learned that you can fight your wrongful foreclosure by using the FDCPA laws if they didn't validate your debt(if you sent them a Debt Validation Letter), you can sue for damages for the value of your old house.

in response to Bee's Knees...   Yes Bee's i'd like to have the contact info of that guy, my email is tangogaucho at gmail.com, and i agree, you can file a wrongful foreclosure if you have proof that there was ROBO signers or MERS was involved in assigning your mortgage to another bank, of that the allonge was undated or un-notarized,or that they started the foreclosure without having papers in place showing they were the owners and holders in due course of your Note at the start of 4closure, there's a lot of possibilities they screwed up in many ways, keep all your papers, don't get rid of them yet.
Check a website like ConsumerDefensePrograms.com to learn more or 4closurefraud.com or living lies

in response to tangogaucho...   If I had known then what I know now, I would still have my home now. Most foreclosures are done illegally and can be stopped. Mine was but I did not know that back then. I know a man who helps people save their homes. He tells me that even now, after over a year has passed since my hose was taken, I can go back and take it. I cannot explain it, as I do not entirely understand it, but I can give you the contact info for this man if you would like.

in response to DeonLewisDuke...   I ran across this site over a year ago while searching for help with foreclosure. It is just a bunch of blogs where people try to post info to help one another. Some come asking advice and some are mostly here as contributors to give it. When I first joined, Google paid after so many posts were made but they have cancelled that now. So, I guess you could say this is sort of a support group. I've made some good friends here and gotten lots of info and encouragement. Hope that sort of answers your question. I hope your day kicks butt.

in response to montedreams...   i totally agree,so very much.im always saying that,we all need to come together and help all those in need.i have given my last dollar,to many, once a homeless man,(i was in line at burgar king, saw him passing by on his bike, bought him a double cheese burgar) i too wish i had more funds to help others.one of the many things that realy irritate me about this counrty is there our celrebraties that make millions an episode on these tv shows that people watch and there are so many strugling, living without heat or electric.poeple who have lost thier homes and living in abandon garages just to have a roof over thier heads(ive met some of these poeple) food banks almost empty.i mean, come on,cant these celrebraties donate to at least some food banks here in michigan?and other states?

in response to lunar*star...   That is apart of it. But each person can choose to buy more things or do what is right and give to those in need. I personally wish I had extra funds to help people. I feel its going to take us with little coming together in small groups and sharing what we do have to make it.
